Having a nutritious breakfast can be hard when you’re busy, but make these on a Sunday, pop them in the fridge
and you’ll be sorted till Wednesday. Grab and go!

Ingredients
400g can coconut cream
80ml (1/3 cup) liquid sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave)
1/3 cup chia seeds
Berries or other fruit to serve

Method
Place coconut cream, sweetener and chia seeds in a bowl.
Stir well to combine.
Divide up into individual glasses and cover with cling wrap
Store in the fridge and top with fruit when ready to use
