Bookings and Cancellation Policy

To be fair to both our practitioners and patients, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other patients in need.

Fees:

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): $50 fee
• No-shows (missed appointments without notice): Full session fee, added to your next appointment
• Future bookings will not be made until outstanding fees are paid
• If an emergency arises on the day of your appointment, we appreciate a brief explanation.
